Recognised internationally as the leading peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal devoted to the publication of original papers, it serves as a forum for practical approaches to improve quality on issues pertaining to science and engineering and its related fields.

Pertanika Journal of Social Sciences & Humanities is now published in English as well as in Bahasa Malaysia and it is open for submission by authors from all over the world. It is currently published 4 times a year, in Mac, June, September, and December.

Pertanika Journal of Social Sciences & Humanities is now over 27 years old; this accumulated knowledge has resulted in the journal being abstracted and indexed in SCOPUS (Elsevier), Clarivate Web of Science [ESCI], EBSCO, ASEAN CITATION INDEX, Microsoft Academic, Google Scholar, and MyCite.
